SolRx 100-Series Handheld
The SolRx 100-Series is Solarc’s smallest and most portable UVB-Narrowband phototherapy device. It is intended for targeting small skin areas, and also for treating the scalp psoriasis using the optional UV-Brush. Model 120UVB-NB uses two (2) Philips PL-S9W/01 9-watt bulbs and has a treatment area of about 5 x 2.5 inches (13 x 6 cm).
This inspired product is designed for maximum versatility and has at least six features not available on any other phototherapy device in the world: Direct Skin Contact, two bulbs-not one, Aperture Plate System, available Positioning Arm, available UV-Brush, and digital timer + switchlock. The UV-Brush and Positioning Arm are ordered separately.
The 120UVB-NB is for use with 120-volt supply power as found in almost all homes in North America (for those with 220 to 240 volt supply power please order model# 120UVB-NB-230V).

The SolRx 100-Series model 120UVB-NB is the world’s most powerful handheld fluorescent UVB-Narrowband (311 nm) phototherapy device. By using two Philips PL-S9W/01 bulbs, an all-aluminum wand, and a clear acrylic treatment window; it can be placed in direct skin contact and deliver the maximum UVB-Narrowband light intensity possible, and with that the shortest treatment times.
The SolRx 100-Series is supplied with a comprehensive User’s Manual that includes detailed treatment time guidelines, one set of UV protective goggles, two keys for the switchlock, detachable power supply cord, and a set of 6 customizable aperture plates for spot targeting; all packaged in a heavy-duty, USA-made plastic carrying case. Also included is a 4 year product warranty, a 1 year bulb warranty, an arrival guarantee, and shipping to most places in Canada and USA; all included in the price.
Optional accessories for the 100-Series include the Positioning Arm for hands-free use, and the UV-Brush for scalp psoriasis treatment; ordered separately.
The 120UVB-NB operates on a standard 15 amp, 3-prong grounded power supply outlet as found in nearly all homes in North America (for customers with 220 to 240 volt supply power, please instead order model# 120UVB-NB-230V).
The SolRx Handheld 120UVB-NB is not large enough to create any meaningful amounts of Vitamin D, for Vitamin D deficiency a full-body device should be used.
All units are shipped fully assembled and are US-FDA and Health Canada compliant.
