Covid-19 Shipping Policy
Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipments may be delayed due to courier backlogs that are beyond our control. We will have your product shipped within 24 hours however, some courier delays may cause shipping to arrive many days late. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic has forced our couriers to not offer customer signatures to validate delivery. Instead, the package is typically left at the customer’s door unannounced.
Solarc cannot insure for this outcome, and will not ship a second device for free as a replacement.
Customers are advised to instead monitor the package’s progress on the courier’s website using the tracking number supplied by Solarc, and to diligently watch on the day of delivery for the package’s arrival at their door.
